1-Formation of primary cast for Denture Fabrication-
This step is done in lab
On this impression a cast is pored with dental plaster
2-Formation of special trey for Denture Fabrication-
This step is done in lab
A Tray is made up on the cast by the help of one thermoplastic material
3-Secondary cast formation for Denture Fabrication-
Dental stone is pored in this secondary impression
4-Base plate adaptation for Denture Fabrication-
On the secondary cast base plate is adapted
5-Formation of wax rim for Denture Fabrication-
On this base plate wax rim is made with some measurements
6-Teeth setting for Denture Fabrication-
Front and back teeth are set in this step
7-Casting, dewaxing and curing of denture -
This is done in lab
